Suggestions as you add
Tap the add field on Shopping and the things you usually buy are one tap away, the ones you're about to run out of first. Typing also shows what's already on the list, and a new household starts with everyday staples.
A shared shopping list
Add what's missing the moment you notice it, from your phone, the + button or the kitchen wall. In the store, tap to tick things off, and bring back anything you buy often with one tap.
On the kitchen wall
Turn a spare tablet into a shared board: today’s plan, the week ahead and what’s due. Pair it with a code from your phone, and nobody signs in on the tablet.
Public holidays
Pick your country, and your region if you like. Public holidays then show up in every calendar view, every year, with nothing to add.
Places, filled in
Start typing a location and pick it from Google's suggestions. Tap any saved location to open it in Google Maps.
Scan it in
Photograph, paste or drag in a school letter, an invite or a chat message to add its dates, turn a list into a note, or fill in an expense from a receipt. Works on your phone or computer, and you check everything before it's saved.
Your own categories
Add, rename, reorder or remove categories for events and expenses, all in one place.
A day view made for phones
On your phone the calendar shows one full day, with a week strip on top to jump between days.
Year at a glance
A desktop Year planner shows all twelve months at once. Trips that span months show as one bar, and busy days open up to show everything.
Reminders, your way
Set a default, then give any event or note its own reminder. All-day plans can now remind you the day before.
Who paid this month
See what each person put in this month — a simple picture, with no debts and no scorekeeping.
Everyone in one place
Kids, pets and grown-ups all on the members page, each with their own details, colour, and document links. Pets get ready-made fields for breed, vet, microchip and food.
